摘要
系统分析了一种适用于大型非对称稀疏矩阵系统求解的 CGS算法 ,并实现了该算法在半导体器件模拟中的应用 ,完成了 SMDS软件中 CGS算法核心的计算。针对实际计算中出现的问题 ,采用了分步迭代以及选取合适的拒绝因子等技术 。
In this paper, we apply CGS algorithm for large scale asymmetric sparse matrix in semiconductor device simulation. We used CGS algorthm in Semiconductor Device Simulation Software SMDS and completed the core computation. For solving several encounted problems in this application, we present solutions of dual iteration technology and good selection of rejection factor which can guarantee the convergence and reduce the time of the iteration.
