贝复舒(重组bFGF)滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床研究

A clinic study on effect of bFGF eye drops treated the patients with dry eye

目的 评价贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法 32例 (6 4只眼 )干眼症患者 ,双眼自身对照 ,随机分为贝复舒组和对照组。贝复舒组采用贝复舒滴眼液滴眼 ,每日 4次 ;对照组不用药或双眼点用珍珠明目液。连续用药一周后复诊。分别检查记录用药前后 Schirmer- 1试验、泪液膜破裂时间 (BU T)及荧光素染色结果 ,并询问干眼症程度。结果 治疗后两组 BU T、角膜荧光素染色程度分级结果及临床症状有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Schirmer- 1试验结果无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 贝复舒滴眼液对干眼症有明显的治疗作用。

Objective To investigate the effect bFGF(recombinant basic fibroblist growth factor,bFGF) eye drops treated patient with dry eye.Methods thirty-two patients(64 eyes) with dry eye were divided into bFGF group(32 eyes) and control group (32 eye).Both right eye and lift eye of oneself were compared each other.The patients of bFGF group were treated by bFGF eye drops 4 times each day for one week.The patients of control group did not be treated by eye drops or were treated by zhenzhu eye drops for both eye.Test of visual acuity,segment slit-lamp examination,Schirmer-1 test,breakup time of tear film,stain of conrea by fluorescein were performed in two groups befor the treatment.These tests and examinations were repeated after one week.Results Before the treatment,difference were not statistic significant between two groups by slit-lamp examination,Schirmer-1 test,breakup time of tear film and stain of cornea by fluorescein (P>0.05).After one week,the difference of BUT?fluorescein stain of cornea and degree of patient'sympton was statistics significant both groups than pretreatment (P<0 05),but data of the Schirmer-1 test between two groups was no different in statistics (P>0 05).Conclusion bFGF eye drops if effect obviously on treatment of dry eye.
