弱视治疗后视力回退因素分析

Factors for deterioration of visual acuity in eyes with amblyopia after successful treatment

目的 从临床角度探讨弱视治疗后视力回退的因素。方法 对临床确诊并基本治愈的 44例 (77只眼 )弱视患者 ,随访 1～ 4年 ,平均 2年。根据弱视的类型、,治疗前弱视程度、治疗开始时年龄和巩固治疗时间进行分析。结果 44例 (77只眼 )中 31只眼发生视力回退 ,回退率为 40 .2 %。其中斜视弱视型 6 0 %发生回退 ,屈光参差型 33%发生回退 ,屈光不正型 12 %发生回退 ;轻度弱视者 13.3% ,中度弱视者 5 3.6 % ,重度弱视者 83.3%发生视力回退 ;巩固治疗半年者 38%、1年者 34 .8%发生回退。结论 弱视程度越重和斜视型弱视在弱视治疗成功后易发生回退 。

Objective To analyse clinically the factors for deterioration of visual acuity in eyes with amblyopia after successful treatment.Methods 44 patients(77 eyes)with amblyopia diagnosed firmly and treated succesfully were followed up 1-4 years,2 years on average.analysed according to their type,degree,age starting treatment and period time of consolidation.Results The total rate of the deterioration is 40.2%,the rate is 60% in strabismic group,33% in anisometropic group,12% in ametropic group according to their degree,the rate is 13.3% in minimal degree group,53.6% in moderate degree group.83.3% in severe degree group.assessed by period time of consolidotion,the rate is 38% in half year group.34.8% in 1 year group.58.3% in 1 year and a half group.Conclusion Low initial visual acuity and strabismic amblyopia are risk factors for deteriovation of visual acuity in eyes with amblyopia after successful treatment,there is little correlation with age starting treatment and period time of consolidation
