食管支架治疗食管癌性狭窄和食管瘘的临床体会

Clinical understanding of treating carcinous esophagostenosis and esoph agostoma with esophageal stand

目的解决晚期食管癌性狭窄和食管癌术后食管瘘。方法均在X线监视下置放食管内支架10例。结果均1次置放成功,术后能进软食或普食,提高了生活质量。结论认为在X线监视下置食管内金属支架,操作简便,疗效确切。

Objective：To treat the esophagostenosis of advanced esophagcal cancer and postoperntional esophagostom－a．Methods：Ten cases of esophageal stands have b een laid under the supervision of x－r ay mon itoring．Results：All the esophageal stands have been laid successfully t he pat ients can have soft food or norm al food after the operations the quality of lif e have been improved．Conclusion：It is easily operated and defnitely o ffective to lay the metal esophageal stand under the x－ray moniitoring．
