冠状动脉旁路移植术561例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting in 561 Patients

目的:报告冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗冠心病的结果及体会。方法:1994年4月～2000年7月,共完成冠状动脉旁路移植术561例,男性449例,女性112例,平均年龄60.9岁。应用体外循环533例,非体外循环28例。对手术方法、并发症、死亡原因以及围术期治疗进行了分析。结果:医院内死亡15例,其余随访一个月至6年三个月,疗效满意。结论:合理的选择病人、充分的术前准备、提高手术技巧、良好的心肌保护以及围术期治疗是提高冠状动脉旁路移植术早期疗效的关键因素。

Objective: To report the result and experience of coronary artery bypass grafting for coronary artery disease. Method: Between April 1994 and July 2000,561 patients underwent coronary artery bypass grafting.Male 449,female 112.Coronary artery bypass grafting with extracorporeal circulation in 533 patients,off - pump coronary artery bypass grafting in 28 patients.Surgical methods, preoperative and postoperative treatments, death and complications are analyzed in all cases. Result: 15 patients died in hospital,mortality was 2,7% ,other patients had favorable outcomes. Conclusions: Reasonable patient choice,advanced operative methods,excellent myocardium protection and preoperative and postoperative treatments are important factors,the efficacy and safty of coronary artery bypass grafting are satisfactory.
