医院化学消毒剂使用中存在的问题与管理措施

Problems and Management in Application of Hospital Chemical Disinfectant

目的 :为有效控制外源性医院感染的发生 ,加强对消毒剂使用的管理和监查。方法 :通过一年多现场查看、细菌学检测、有效成分的测定等 ,对我院消毒剂使用现状有了较全面的了解。结果 :详细分析了使用中各环节存在的问题及严重性 ,找出了问题发生的根源 ,从而制定了相应的制度和规定 ,大大加强了管理和督察力度 ,使消毒灭菌质量得到有效控制。结论 :医院消毒灭菌的管理工作是一项长期而艰巨的任务 。

Objective: In order to control exogenous nosocomial effectively. It must enhance the management and monitor in apply of disinfectant. Methods: It has comprehensive understanding about current situation of apply of disinfectant in our hospital by site examination, bacterium inspection and determination to the effective composition of disinfectant for more than one year. Results: The problems of each link of using disinfectant have been induced, classified and statistics meanwhile, analysed the severity of the problems existing each link in detail found out the origin of the problems to make the relevant rules and regulation and enhance the management and superise greatly. The quality of disinfection and sterilization has been controlled effectively. Conclusion: It proved that the management of hospital disinfection and sterilization is a long term and onerous task. It must establish the unremitting idea.
