Radical Resection of Low Rectal Cancer with Reformatory Parks Technique: A Report of 72 Cases

目的 介绍一种低位直肠癌保留肛门括约肌的新的手术方法。 方法 采用塑料螺纹管对 72例低位直肠癌行结肠 -肛管吻合术 (Parks)。 结果 完全恢复正常排便功能的 71例 (98.6 % ) ,1例轻度排便失禁 (1.4% ) ,术后并发症 1例 (1.4% ) ,局部复发 1例 (1.4% ) ,无手术死亡 ,随访率 10 0 % ,平均 48个月。 结论 塑料螺纹管明显提高了低位直肠癌的保肛成功率 ,并发症低 ,局部复发未见增加 。

Objective To introduce a new operative technique of sphincter saving in low rectal cancer resection. Methods From 1994 to 1998, plastic thread tube was applied to treat low rectal cancer with colo analanastomosis in 72 patients. Results 71 patients (98.6%) had normal bowel habits, 1 patient(1.4%) exhibited sligt incontinence of defecation. The postoperative morbidity was 1.4%. No operative mortality, the follow up rate was 100% with average time of 48 months. Conclusion The using of plastic thread tube significantly raise the sphincter saving resection rate in low rectal cancer operation without increase of the local recurrence rate. The device is rational.
