异体骨板与钢板联合固定治疗萎缩性骨不连 被引量:4

摘要 目的 观察异体骨板与钢板联合固定治疗萎缩性骨不连的临床效果。 方法 用新鲜冷冻异体长骨段 ,术中制备与钢板类似的长骨板 ,置于钢板对侧皮质骨表面联合固定骨折端。 结果 治疗 9例股骨和 4例肱骨骨不连 ,获得良好的骨愈合。其中骨不连一次手术者 8例 ,二次手术者 5例。 结论 通过异体骨板的骨强度 ,可提高螺钉对萎缩骨的骨把持力 ,同时利用异体骨的骨诱导作用 ,获得机械固定和生物学固定的双重效果 。 Objective To observe the curative effects of allogenic bone plate and compression plate combined fixation for atrophic non union fractures. Methods A cortex bone plate of frozen allogenic bank bone and a compression plate were placed on each opposite side of the fracture site and fixed in combination. Thirteen patients of nine femur and four humer fractures with atrophic non union were treated by the method. The patients include one time in 8 cases and two times in 5 cases in the same position of nonunion. Results All the patients got good bone healing. Conclusion The grafted bone plate may advance the bone holding strength and thus achieves mechanical stabilization and biological bone inducement effects in favor of bone union.
