高颈位脊髓肿瘤误诊分析

Study of Misdiagnosis of the Tumors in Upper Spinal Cord

目的 探讨高颈位脊髓肿瘤误诊原因。方法 选择 42例高颈段脊髓肿瘤临床资料进行回顾性综合分析。结果 42例患者中 ,误诊 35例 ,误诊率 83.0 %。影像学检出率颈椎正侧位片为 4.78% ,脊髓造影为 96 .6 7% ,CT平扫为76 .19% ,MRI为 10 0 %。结论 高颈位脊髓肿瘤临床表现复杂多样。提高医生诊断水平 ,选择正确的影像学检查是减少误诊的关键。

Objective To analysis the misdiagnostic causes of the tumors in upper spinal cord.Methods 42 cases of the tumors in upper spinal cord were retrospe ctively analyzed.Results Of 42 cases of tumor in upper spinal c ord, 35 were mi sdiagnosed, and the misdiagnostic rate was 83.0%.The diagnostic rate of medical imaging: X ray was 4.78%,spinography 96.67%,CT 76.19%, MRI 100%.Conclusi on Beca use of the complex clinical characters of the tumors in upper spinal cord, impr oving the level of diagnosis of doctors and choosing correct medical imaging exa m are the key to reduce the misdiagnostic rate of the tumors in upper spinal cor d.
