听骨高分辨力CT研究

Study of Auditory Ossicles by High-Resolution CT

本文报告38例正常人和45例中耳疾病患者(28例手术证实)听骨CT 表现。着重改进和提高听骨扫描技术,研讨CT 对听骨诊断价值。提出:①用本文扫描技术,高分辨力CT 能清晰、准确地显示正常听骨链结构,大部分病理状态能得到正确诊断;②听骨的某些部位病变如砧镫关节纤维化、局限于镫骨脚的病变诊断困难,但当发现邻近部位有异常病灶时可推测上述结构是否受侵犯。听骨的正确诊断对听力重建手术具有重要意义。

The ossicular CT appearance of 38 normal subjects and 45 patients with middle ear diseases which were proved surgically in 28 was reported in this paper.We lay the emphasis on improvement and development of scanning technique of ossicules.We suggest:(1)with our scanning technique,high-resolution CT can clearly and accurately display the normal ossicular chain,most of pathological ossicules can be diagnosed correctly.(2)It is difficult in diagnosing some ossicular lesions such as fibrous replacement of incudostapedial articulation and abnormal crura of stapes,but the observed vicinal abnormalities would lead us to infer whether it was affected.The correct diagnosis of ossicles is important for the operation of ossicular reconstruction.
