乳腺癌的X线诊断(附186例分析)

X-ray Diagnosis of the Breast Carcinoma(Analysis of 186 Cases)

本文搜集经手术病理证实的186例乳腺癌,分析了乳癌的发病年龄与乳腺类型的关系,讨论了乳癌的各种X 线表现,着重探讨了乳腺癌几种病理类别的X 线表现特点。作者将乳腺癌的X 线表现归纳为四型:肿块型(又分为团块形、结节形和不规则形)、浸润型、钙化型和结构紊乱型。联系其病理结构,提出诊断要点以提高诊断。

This report collected 186 cases of breast carcinoma.All of them were confirmed by surgicopathology.The relation between the age incidence of the breast carcinoma and breast patterns was analysed.Roentgen findings of the breast carcinoma were discussed.Emphasis was put on roentgen characteristic changes of some pathological entities of breast carcinoma.The X-ray features were summarized as follow:mass,infiltration,calcification and architectural distortion and incorporated with their pathological changes to suggest some diagnostic criterion for diagnostic improvement.
