重组人白细胞介素-11对环磷酰胺致犬血小板减少症的实验研究

目的观察重组人白细胞介素 11(rhIL 11)对环磷酰胺致犬血小板减少症的治疗作用。方法分别用rhIL 112 0 0、10 0 μg/(kg·d)两个剂量对环磷酰胺致犬血小板减少症皮下注射 15d ,然后动态观察血小板数 ,并检测骨髓有核细胞总数和CFU Meg。结果rhIL 11能明显减轻环磷酰胺犬血小板减少的最低值 ,促进外周血小板数恢复正常 ,使骨髓有核细胞总数和CFU Meg增加 ,与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论rhIL

PurposeThe aim is to observe the effect of rhIL 11 on cyclophosphamide induced low platelet models of dogs.MethodsrhIL 11 in 2 different regimen of 200 μg/kg and 100 μg/kg were injected for 15 days respectively to cyclophosphamide induced low platelet models of dogs. The effect of the rhIL 11 on the platelet counts and the CFU meg of the marrow cell culture was observed. ResultsrhIL 11 could significantly increase the low value of platelet counts, and enhance the CFU Meg of the marrow cell cultured and the peripheral platelet counts ( P <0.05).ConclusionrhIL 11 increased platelet counts significantly on cyclophosphamide induced low platelet models of dogs.
