摘要
目的 :探讨环磷酰胺 (CP)在体外测试系统中对人精子的诱变性。 方法 :使用不同浓度的CP与人精子和代谢活化酶作用 3h ,再与地鼠卵体外授精 ,研究精子染色体和 2细胞胚微核诱变作用。 结果 :CP有损伤精子染色体和诱发 2细胞胚微核作用。 结论 :CP在代谢活化酶作用的离体测试系统中 ,对人精子有诱变性 。
Objectives: To evalute the mutagenicty of human sperm in vitro by cyclophosphamide at different concentrations. Methods: Human sperms were mixed with cyclophosphamide at defferent concentrations for 3h before interspecific in vitro fertilization with zone free hamster ova. The karyotypes of huma spermatozoa and micronucleus in 2 cell embryos were analyzed. Results: Damaged sperm chromosome and induced increase of micronucleus in 2 cell embryos were observed after the treatment of cyclophosphamide. Conclusions: Cyclophosphamide has mutagenic on human sperm in vitro testing system . Should be prudent.
