摘要
二硫化碳 (CS2 )中毒主要表现为神经系统受损。短时间接触高浓度二硫化碳 ,可引起急性中毒性脑病 ;长期接触低浓度二硫化碳者 ,主要表现周围神经病或亚临床周围神经病。神经 肌电图检查可见失神经电位等神经原性损害或周围神经传导速度减慢及其远端潜伏期延长。神经肌电图检查是诊断慢性二硫化碳中毒周围神经病的一项客观而敏感的指标。
Carbon disulphide(CS 2)poisoning mainly causes damage to the nervous system.Exposure to CS 2 at high level for a short term can cause acute toxic encephalopathy and exposure at low level for a long term can cause peripheral neuropathy or sub clinical peripheral neuropathy.Neuro electromyographic examinations for CS 2 poisoning showed neurogenic damage,such as denervated potential,slowed nerve conduction velocity,prolonged distal latency,which are objective and sensitive indicators for diagnosis of chronic CS 2 poisoning.
