摘要
[目的]调查分析师范大学生不同学年精神卫生状况。[方法]采用精神症状自评量表、艾森克人格问卷对380人作4a动态观察。[结果]学年间精神症状因子均分差别存在高度显著性(P<0.01),心理反应异常不同学年检出率达9.73%~26.53%;焦虑症状者居多。人格特征神经质者群体精神症状阳性项目数及阳性症状均分与非神经质者群体相比,差别有高度显著性(P<0.01)。[结论]2年级学生心理障碍发生率高,情绪不稳,神经质型个体易出现心理问题。
[Objective] To investigate and analyze the mental health of normal school students in different years. [Methods] 380 testers were observed with SCL - 90 and EPQ for a consecutive 4 years. [ Results] There was considerable difference ( P < 0.01) in the symptoms between each semester. The found mental abnormality cases reached a high rate up to 9.73% - 26.53% , which indicates that anxiety is popular among the students. Mental symptom positive terms and positive average of the in the characteristically nervous group is significantly different from that of the non - characteristically nervous group ( P < 0.01). [ Conclusions] Students have a high risk of getting mental difficulties in the sophomore year, especially those nervous group whose mental state is unstable.
