摘要
采用分光光度法，对尿素锌中缩二脲的质量分数进行了定量测定，并讨论了样品化学处理的条件及参比液的选择．该方法的绝对偏差小于 ０．０３％．
The amount of biuret in Zinc-Urea was determined by spectrophotometry, the conditions of chemical treatment for samples and the selection of reference liquids were also discussed.The absolute deviation of the method was less than 0.03%.
