大豆皂甙的免疫增强作用

Enhancement Effect of Total Soyasaponin on Immune Function

用从大豆粕中提取的大豆皂甙溶液和生理盐水分别灌胃 6周龄BALB/C近交系雄性小鼠 ,5 0天后测定 5项免疫指标。结果是大豆皂甙组与对照组比较 ,胸腺指数和脾指数分别增加 2 5 .7%和 16 .0 % (P <0 .0 1) ;巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数分别提高 5 5 .3%和 6 2 .8% (P <0 .0 1) ;血清绵羊红细胞抗体 ,即溶血素(HC50 )和迟发型过敏反应分别提高 4 4 .6 %和 10 4 .7% (P <0 .0 1)。此结果表明 ,大豆皂甙可能显著增进机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫能力 。

This study was conducted to investigate the immunologic effect of soyasaponin on BALB/C mice.The results showed that soyasaponin could enhance macrophage phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index by 55.3% and 62.8% (P<0.01) respectively,increase thymus index and lien index by 25.7% and 16.0%(P<0.01) respectively,and increase delayed-type-hypersensitivity and erythrolysin by 104.7% and 44.6% respectively.These results indicate that soyasaponin enhances immnne function of mice obviously.
