摘要
利用在腈纶预氧化纤维中混入一定量丙纶纤维 ,并在纤维网中添加机织物基布 ,通过针刺和热轧工艺开发出高性能腈纶预氧化纤维毡。通过对腈纶预氧化纤维毡性能测试 ,分析了丙纶含量、热轧温度。
The preoxidised acrylic fibre mixed with the polypropylene fibre at a certain proportion is used as raw material. Through gas webbing and adding the preoxidised acrylic fibre fabric into the web, then ma king use of the needle punching and hot rolling to stabilize the web, finally, the preoxidised acrylic fibre felt is obtained. Its surface property and internal property get promoted obviously.
