摘要
有机氟涂料以其卓越的耐高温、超滑、憎油、憎水性能在纺织业、家电业得到日益广泛的应用。本文针对有机氟涂料生产过程中最后的调和工序所产生的洗涤废水 ,根据金属离子可以起破乳作用的原理 ,探讨以国内现有高分子絮凝剂对废水先沉降处理 ,再蒸发干化的处理方法。此处理法有设备简单、投资小、操作方便、效果好的特点 。
The organic fluorine coating has been increasingly applied in both household appliance and textile industries because of its advantages of thermo stability, oil and water resistance, etc. This paper aims at procedure during the processing of organic fluorine coating and according to the principle that the metal ion has the function of emulsion breaking, to discuss the waste water treatment method-sedimentation and then evaporation drying with domestic existing polymer flocculating agents. The treatment has the features of simple equipment, small investment, convenient operating and good efficiency, so it can be recommended for the factories of textile and household appliance industries that produce similar washing wastewater.
