摘要
采用气相色谱法和氨基酸组成分析法 ,研究了桑蚕丝素在不同介质中 ,受紫外辐射照射后 ,发生辐射裂解反应的气体产物组成和残留丝素的氨基酸组成变化。结果发现 :辐射裂解反应产生的气体有二氧化碳、一氧化碳、甲烷、氢气和氮气等 ;经紫外辐射照射后 ,丝素的氨基酸组成发生了变化 ,损失百分率最大的为酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸等芳香侧基氨基酸 ,其次为苏氨酸、丙氨酸和精氨酸 ;水、酸和碱均能加速辐射裂解反应。
Studies the gaseous products and the variation in compositions of the amino acids of mulberry silk fibroin by ultraviolet irradiation under various conditions with GC and analysis of compositions of amino acids.The result shows that the gaseous products include CO 2,CO,CH 4,H 2 and N 2 etc,and the compositions of the amino acids changed variously,amino acids lost mostly are aromatic amino acids such as Tyr,Phe,and Thr,Ala and Arg.The irradiation decomposition can be accelerated with the presence of water,acid and alkali.
