以鱼翅为主料,鸡、瑶柱、火腿等为辅料,开发上汤鱼翅罐头,经过试验确定生产加工工艺,并对影响产品品质的主要因素进行探讨。
This article introduced a chicken broth shark抯 fin can. It used shark抯 fin as raw material, and mixed chicken, dried scallop, ham to produce. On the basis of the experience we set up production technology process and discussed a few main affecting factors.
