摘要
采用硫酸胺盐析、DE－52离子交换色谱、Sephacry1 S－100凝胶过滤色谱从免疫初乳分离纯化出了IgG1和IgG2,经SDS－PAGE电泳及免疫电泳证实为纯品;并对IgG1和IgG2的抗体凝集价进行了测定。
IgG_1 and IgG_2 were isolated and purificated from immune colostrum. Purificated IgG_1 and IgG_2 were validated bySDS-PAGE electrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresis. The antibody titer of IgG_1 and IgG_2 was examinated.
