培养条件对二株猪源产细菌素乳酸菌抑菌活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 考察了温度、培养基起始 pH值对 R-21-1、R-17-3二株来自猪肠道能够抑制大肠杆菌的产细菌素乳酸菌抑菌活性的影响,并且用正交试验考察了温度、培养基起始pH值、培养时间三因素对R-21-1和R-17-3抑菌活性影响的最佳组合。结果表明,对R-21-1和R-17-3,pH值、温度、培养时间三因素的主次顺序均依次为pH值>温度>时间;B-21-1的最佳组合为PH=5.5,41℃,24h;R-17-3的最佳组合为pH=50,41℃,24h。 In this paper, cultivating conditions of two lactic acid bacteria was studied. It is proved that to all the two LAB,best temperature is 41℃. As far as pH is concerned, 5. 5, 5. 0 is respectively fitted for R-2-1 and R-17-3. Of three factors of time,temperature and acidity, the effective order to both R-21-1 and R-17-3 is pH, temperature and time. The best combination cultivatingconditions of R-21-1 are for R-17-3 acidity of pH = 5. 5, temperature of 41℃ and time of 24 h, acidity of pH = 5. 0, temperature of41℃ and time of 24 h.
