摘要
目的 :观察康正消异颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症 ( EMT)的免疫、镇痛作用。方法 :进行小鼠子宫内膜移植术 ,观察康正消异颗粒对子宫内膜异位症小鼠的免疫调节作用和镇痛作用。结果 :康正消异颗粒对正常小鼠非特异性免疫有增强作用 ,而对子宫内膜异位症小鼠具有免疫调节作用 ;能明显减轻醋酸所致正常及子宫内膜异位症小鼠的疼痛。结论 :康正消异颗粒有明显的益气温肾、化瘀止痛作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule on immunity and analgesia in mice with endometriosis. Methods: The effect of Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule on immunoregulation and analgesia in mice was studied by transplantation of endometrium. Results: Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule can increase the effect of nonspecific immunity in normal mice and has the effect of immunoregulation in mice with endometriosis. Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule could significantly reduce the pain induced by acetic acid in normal mice and mice with endometriosis. Conclusion: Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule has obvious effects on supplementing the vital energy and warming the kidney, dispersing blood stasis and alleviating pain.
