摘要
以 10个有代表性的芋属栽培种和野生植株为材料进行RAPD分析。结果表明 :绝大部分扩增产物在供试材料间表现丰富的多态性 ,按类平均法可将 10个材料划分为 4类 ,形态相似的基本上可聚在一起。
Ten representative taro ( Colocasia Schott ) materials (nine cultivated and one wild) from Yunnan province were tested by RAPD technique. The result showed that most amplified products were polymorphic and based on UPGMA method the 10 materials were divided into 4 groups. It is practicable that researching taros with RAPD technique.
