双孢蘑菇子实体原基形成的超微结构研究 被引量:8

摘要 应用低温扫描电子显微镜 (LTSEM )对双孢蘑菇子实体原基的超微结构特征进行了观察研究。研究表明 ,双孢蘑菇子实体原基的形成经历了起源 ,发展和分化的不同阶段 ,在不同阶段时期其超微结构特征具有较大的差异。 The ultra structure features of the initial of the fruit body of the button mushroom ( Agaricus bisporus ) have been studied by using low temperature scanning election microscope (LTSEM) in this study. The results show there are three phases (beginning, developing and differentiating) during the initial forming and there are different ultra structure features in different phases. By using low temperature scanning election microscope and this method that samples were prepared are suited for observing the ultra structure features of younger tissues, such as the initial of the fruit body.
