Implementing Science and Technology Action of Water-saving Agriculture--Improving Cognition and Carrying out Compendium

近年来 ,水问题日益成为党中央、国务院和全国人民关注的焦点。本文从国民经济和社会可持续发展的角度论述了节水农业在环境、农业和水利诸方面的革命性战略意义 ;指出农业节水需要全社会的配合 ,在推行节水灌溉过程中应该处理好各种关系 ;提出农业节水灌溉工作的重点和发展方向。

Water issue has been more and more focused on by the Central Party, the State Council and the nationality since recent years. This paper discusses the revolutionary and strategic significance of water-saving agriculture in environment, agriculture and water conservancy from the perspective of national economy and sustainable social development. It is pointed out that agricultural water-saving needs the cooperation of the whole society, and a variety of relationships should be disposed properly during carrying out the water- saving irrigation policy. The emphasis and development orientation of agriculture water-saving irrigation work are put forward.
