摘要
目的 :为新型脊柱前路短节段内固定器械的设计提供解剖学依据。方法 :对 18具成人尸骨架(即标本组 ,男 11具 ,女 7具 )和 40例成人X线片 (即X线片组 ,男、女各 2 0例 )中的T10 ~L5椎体进行横径和两椎体之间距离 (中间跨越一个椎体 )测量 ,结果进行统计学分析。结果 :T10 ~L5椎体横径和椎体之间的距离依次递增。标本组各椎体横径测量 ,男女之间无显著差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,X线片组测量男女之间差别显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,标本组和X线片组之间无显著差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。两椎体之间跨一个椎体的距离 ,标本组和X线片组男女之间均无显著差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,两组之间也无显著差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :设计器械时应考虑到各椎体横径和各椎体之间距离的不同。标本和X线片测量所得的数据无统计学差别 ,故X线片测量可取代标本测量 (因X线片较标本易得 ) ,但应注意到放大率的问题。
Objective:To supply the anatomical basis for the desi gn of short se gment anterior internal fixation instrument for the spine.Methods:The vertebral body of T 10~L 5were measured on eighteen skeletons and forty X-ray phot ographs of Chinese people and the data obtained were compared by statistical method.Results: The transverse diameters of vertebra increased su ccessively from T 10 to L 5 .There were significant differences between male's and female's in X-ray photog raph and no significant difference in skeleton.There was no signifficant differe nce between that of skeleton and that of X-ray photograph.The intervertebral di stance increased successively from T 10~12 to L 2~4, and there was n o significan t difference in X-ray photograph and in skeleton between male's and female's. T here was no significant difference between that of X-ray photograph and that of skeleton.Conclusion:The difference in the transverse diameter and in the distanc e of vertebra should be considered when the internal fixation instrument is desi gned.The data obtained from X-ray photograph could take the place of that from skeleton.
