On the Power of Personality in a Teacher of Political Theory

政治理论教育工作是宣传群众、教育群众、引导群众、提高群众政治理论水平和整体素质的工作。教育别人首先要教育自己,引导别人首先自己要走在前列。本文提出把真理的力量和人格的力量当作思想政治工作的两大法宝,并分析阐述了人格力量的表现及内涵。

A teacher of political theory is to raise the masses' level of political theory and their overall competence by means of publicity, education and guidance. To educate others, the teacher must educate himself first; to guide others, the teacher must go in advance. This article proposes that the power of truth and the power of personality be used as two magic weapons to enhance the ideological level and political awareness of the educated. It also analyzes the features and connotations of the power of personality.
