师爱的教化作用

A Teacher Affectionate, Students Encouraged

师爱是教师做好育人工作的重要条件,本文通过教学实践,阐述了要增强大学“思想道德修养”课的实效性,除了不断改革教学方法、手段、内容外,还必须注意“师爱”的特殊作用并由此提出在推行素质教育中应多给学生一些师爱。

Being affectionate is one of the important prerequisites for successful teaching work. Based on teaching practice, the paper discusses the actual results of enhancing college students' moral awareness. It points out that while constantly improving teaching methods and readjusting teaching contents, a teacher needs to keep aware of the importance of being affectionate, especially in competence education.
