摘要
采用本组自行改进的NBT(氮蓝四唑)光照法对PH=7.8的磷酸盐缓冲夜体系中一水合甘氨酰甘氨酸铜Cu(Gly-Gly)·Ho催化超氧阴离子自由基O·_(2)^(-)歧化反应进行了研究,求得不同温度下的催化反应速率常数Kcat、反应级数n、活化能Ea及指前因子A。同时,研究结果进一步表明:经我们改进后的光照法,在测量精度方面确有很大改观,并可进行不同温度下的测定,显示出其独特的优越性。
The reaction of Cu(Gly - Gly). H2O catalyzed the dismutation of super oxide anion were studied at pH = 7.8 by using NBT - illumination method modified by our - self、The rate constants kcat reaction orders、 action energies and Archeries equation were obtained, the result shows that the modified method improves precision, and the measurement can be carried on at different temperatures by the modified method. It is the special advantage of the method modified by our-self.
