附聚成型法生产洗衣粉装置及仪表的研制

研制了一种立式附聚成型连续生产洗衣粉的装置,包括:粉体流量计、固(粉)-固(粉)混合器、高粘液体流量计、固(粉)-液混合附聚成型机。后配加酶、加香装置及控制系统。

Abstract: The Agglomeration Unit has been developed in China,It consists of flow meters of powdered matter, solid-solid miner, liquldometer of high viscosity, granulator and post addition device for enzyme and perfumery as well as relative control instruments. As compared with spraying drier, this unit can save 80% of investment, 70% of opreration cost, 90% of energy and decrease the decomposition of nonionics and STPP.
