Diffuse Panbronchiolitis: Case Report with Literature Review

目的:总结弥漫性泛细支气管炎的临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法:采用病例分析和文献复习的方法。结果:由肺炎支原体感染引起的弥漫性泛细支气管炎早期诊断、并及时给予红霉素治疗,预后良好。结论:HRCT对于弥漫性泛细支气管炎的诊断帮助极大,使该病可以得到早期诊断和治疗。

Objective: To summarize and analyze the clinical manifestation of diffuse panbronehiolitis and its treatment. Method: Case report and literature review. Result: one case with diffuse panbronchiolitis was reported. The diagnosis was based on the past history , clinical findings and the result of investigations (HRCT). The treatment of erythromycin was satisfied. Conclusion: It is quite important for doctors to pay much more attention on the early diagnosis and treatment of diffuse panbronchiolitis.
