生长激素与充血性心力衰竭
摘要
充血性心力衰竭(CHF)是多种心血管疾病可引起的综合症,以心室扩张、心肌肥厚为特点,充血性心力衰竭导致心脏重构及泵功能减退,病程是进展的,不可逆转的,预后差.其治疗主要是解决两个关键问题:
