摘要
目的 :探讨烫伤和海水浸泡对大鼠糖、脂和蛋白质代谢的影响。方法 :建立烫伤和 (或 )海水浸泡大鼠模型 ,分别观察两因素单独或先后作用对大鼠血清葡萄糖、氨基氮和游离脂肪酸水平的变化。结果 :血糖水平 :烫伤组显著升高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;海水浸泡组和烫伤 +海水浸泡组均低于对照组 ;血清氨基氮水平 :烫伤组显著低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;而海水浸泡组氨基氮显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;血清游离脂肪酸水平 :海水浸泡组、烫伤 +海水浸泡 1h和 3 h组均显著高于对照组 ( P分别 <0 .0 1,<0 .0 5和 <0 .0 1) ;烫伤 +海水浸泡组游离脂肪酸显著高于烫伤组。结论 :烫伤和海水浸泡都会影响糖、脂和蛋白质代谢 ,并且两因素存在叠加效应。
Objective: To investigate the effects of scalding and seawater soaking on metabolism of glucose, lipid and protein in rat serum. Methods: The scalded and/or seawater soaked rat models were established. The levels of serum glucose, α amino nitrogen and free fatty acid were observed,respectively. Results: The serum glucose increased significantly in the scalded group ( P < 0.05 ), and was lower in the seawater soaked group and scalded plus seawater soaked group than that in the control group. The level of serum α animo nitrogen in the scalded group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P < 0.05 ), and was higher in the seawater soaked group than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The serum free fatty acid was significantly higher in seawater soaked group and scalded plus seawater soaked 1 and 3 hours groups than that in the control group ( P <0.01, P <0.05 and P <0.01, respectively). However, the free fatty acid in scalded plus seawater soaked groups was significantly higher than that in the scalded group. Conclusion: Both scalding and seawater soaking may influence the metabolism of glucose, lipid and protein, and both the factors may have synergistic effects.
