西沙驻军人员发中必需元素含量的比较

Essential element content in the hairs of the garrison troops on Xisha Islands:a comparative study

目的 :探讨西沙驻军上岛前后体内必需元素的变化 ,为驻岛部队营养素供给标准的修订提供科学依据。方法 :选择刚上岛人员及已在海岛服役一年以上人员各 10人 ,逐月取发 ,将发中 Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Mg及 Ca的含量用美国 Perkinelmer公司Plasm a4 0 0型 ICP- AES仪进行测定 ,历时一年。结果 :人员上岛后发中各必需元素的含量逐步减少 ,上岛 6个月后与上岛前相比 Zn由 15 8.70 μg/ g下降至 13 2 .2 3 μg/ g;Cu由 8.63 μg/ g下降至 8.0 1μg/ g;Fe由 4 2 .4 8μg/ g下降至 4 0 .3 2 μg/ g;Mn由1.2 1μg/ g下降至 0 .72 μg/ g;Mg由 14 0 .3 0 μg/ g下降至 86.3 7μg/ g;Ca由 10 11.0 1μg/ g下降至 819.0 1μg/ g,除 Cu外其他均有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :驻岛人员体内必需元素的需要量较陆地人员更大 ,应及时补充 ,加强膳食营养及富含矿物元素饮料的供给。

Objective:To investigate the changes of essential element content in the hairs of the garrison members stationed on Xisha Islands so as to provide a scientific basis for the nutrient supply standards for the garrison troops. Methods: Ten s ailors newly stationed and 10 stationed on Xisha Islands for more than one years were tested, and their hair samples were collected and analyzed every month. The Zn, Cu,Fe, Mn.Mg and Ca content in their hairs were measured by an analyser (Plasma 400 ICP AES) produced by t he American Perkinelmer Company. The test lasted a year. Results:The levels of six essential elements in the hairs of the sailors gradually decreased after they were stationed. Six months later, Zn decreased from 158 70 μg/g to 132 23 μg/g; Cu from 8 63 μg/g to 8 01 μg/g; Fe from 42 48 μg/g to 4 0 32 μg/g; Mn from 1 21 μg/g to 0 72 μg/g; Mg from 140 30 μg/g to 86 37 μg/g and Ca from 1 011 01 μg/g to 819 01 μg/g Apart from Cu content, the other element content changed significantly ( P <0 01). Conclusion: Garrison troops on islands have a greater demand for essential elem ents in time than troops on mainland. Food and drink with rich nutrients and m ineral elements should be supplied to island stationed troops.
