棋盘格翻转刺激与闪光刺激在视诱发中的比较

Comparison Study between PRVEP and LED in VEP

目的 通过对棋盘格翻转刺激视诱发 (PRVEP)与闪光刺激视诱发 (LED)的比较研究 ,显示出 2种刺激方式的各自最佳应用范围。材料和方法 对 10 0例典型病例分别先后进行上述 2种刺激方式的视诱发(VEP)试验。结果 其中 5 6例患者 ,PEVEP有诊断优势 ;而 4 4例患者 ,LED有诊断优势。结论 PRVEP适用于屈光间质透明 ,能屈光矫正和合作的被检者 ,而LED适于小儿 。

Objective To demonstrate best application range of the 2 kinds of stimuli through comparison of PRVEP and LED. Methods 100 cases typical diseases were under taken the 2 kinds of stimuli of PRVEP and LED. Results There were 56 cases of PRVEP diagnostic advantages and 44 cases LED diagnostic advantages. Conclusion PRVEP might be available for patients of refraction stroma translucent and correction cooperation. LED might be available for children and refraction stroma confused and non-cooperated patients.
