端粒是线性染色体末端的一段特殊的DNA -蛋白质复合物 ;端粒酶是一种粒蛋白逆转录酶 ,能以自身的RNA为模板 ,反向合成 -TTAGGG - ,不断加在DNA末端。目前研究认为 ,端粒一端粒酶参与细胞的增殖过程 ,大多妇科恶性肿瘤有端粒酶的表达。抑制端粒酶的活性 ,将导致癌细胞端粒序列重新变短并激活细胞衰老途径。因此 。
Telomere is a special segment of DNA protein complex at linear end of chromosome. Telomerase is a kind of nuclear protein reverse transcript enzyme that can compose the -TTAGGG- with self-RNA as model and connect at end of DNA continuously. It is believed that it participate the cell proliferation. There is commonly expression of telomerase in gynecological malignant tumor. Inhibiting the activity of telomerase could lead the telomere recomposition in length and activate the pathway of cell caducity. Telomerase might be an ideal target for treatment of malignant tumor.
