摘要
家庭联产承包责任制是新时期农村经济变革第一个历史阶段的中心内容。考察其确立过程，对于我们全面了解农村经济体制改革的历史进程具有重要意义。
The household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output in the central content of the first historic stage of the countryside economic change in the new period.To study its establishment process is very significant for us to understand comprehensively the historic course of the economic restructuring in the countryside.
