本试验应用制备药丸的泛制原理成功地制备出了结构紧密、有惰性包封层的小药丸状酶颗粒,其活性含量达8-10万u/g,活性年存活率达90%左右。

Abstract: The preparation of dense structur, small pill-like enzyme partocles with a layer of inertia coating was carried out successfully with the principles of pills preparation in this test. Its activity could reach 80,000-100,000 unit per gram and the annual survival rate was about 90%.
