高原肺水肿患者血清一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶及内皮素浓度的变化 被引量:11

Changes of serum nitric oxide,nitric oxide synthesis and endothelin in patients with high altitude pulmonary edema

摘要 目的 观察高原肺水肿患者血清中一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶及内皮素浓度的变化 ,探讨一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶、内皮素浓度对高原肺水肿发生、发展的影响。方法 对 34例急进高原的高原肺水肿患者进行治疗前、治愈后血清中一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶及内皮素含量测定 ,并与 2 0例高原正常健康人作对照研究。结果 高原肺水肿患者血清中一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶含量在治疗前显著低于治愈后和对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,内皮素含量治疗前显著高于治愈后和对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,治愈后血清中一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶及内皮素水平与对照组无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 高原肺水肿血清中NO、NOS水平降低 ,ET 1水平增高是造成高原肺水肿的重要原因之一 ,其浓度的变化对高原肺水肿的发生。 Objective To study the changes of content of serum nitric oxide(NO)?nitric oxide synthesis(NOS) and endothelin(ET 1) in patients with high altitude pulmonary edema(HAPE).Methods In the experiment,the content of NO,NOS and ET 1 in the serum were measured in 34 cases HAPE patients before and after clinical cure and 20 cases served as healthy control.Results The results showed that the concentration of NO and NOS were significantly decreased in HAPE patients compared to those after clinical cure and the healthy controls(P<0 01),and the concentration of ET 1 was significantly increased in HAPE patients compared to those after clinical cure and the healthy control(P<0 01).And the concentration of NO,NOS and ET 1 were no difference between the HAPE patients that after clinical cure and the healthy control(P>0 05).Conclusion The results showed that NO,NOS and ET 1 participated to the course of HAPE. [
