二甲基二癸基氯化铵杀菌效果及毒性的试验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY AND TOXICITY OF DIMETHYLDIDECYL AMMONIUM CHLORIDE

二甲基二癸基氯化铵为阳离子表面活性剂。为了解其杀菌效果及毒性，进行了悬液定量杀菌试验与毒性试验。结果，含二甲基二癸基氯化铵 ２０ ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用１ｍｉｎ，对大肠杆菌作用３ｍｉｎ，杀灭率≥９９．９０％；菌悬液含体积分数为２５％的小牛血清时，作用时间需延长至６ ｍｉｎ。该消毒液对雌、雄小鼠经口ＬＤ５０分别为０．１４７ｇ／ｋｇ与０．２７１ｇ／ｋｇ，属中等毒性，其３００ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液对家兔皮肤无刺激作用。

Dimethydidecyl ammonium chloride is a cation surfactant. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and toxicity, suspension quantitative germicidal test and toxicity test were carried out. The results indicated that the solution containing dimethyldidecyl ammonium chloride 20mg/L with a 1 minute contact time and 3 minute contact time killed ≥99.90% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli respectively. When the bacterial suspension con- tained 25% by volume of calf serum, it was necessary to prolong the contact time to 6 min. The oral LD50 of this disinfectant in female and male mice was 0.l47g/kg and 0.477g/kg respectively. So it belongs to moderately toxic disinfectant. Its 300mg/L solution has no irritative effect on rabbit skin.
