摘要
采用悬液定量杀菌试验,观察一种小型臭氧发生器所产臭氧水对微生物的杀灭效果。所产臭氧水含臭氧 0.29 mg/L 在 18~20℃作用 1min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌杀灭率分别为100%、99.98%与 91.93%。用该臭氧水浸泡抹布 1min,可将其污染菌杀灭98.06~99.73%。该发生器与水龙头连接,以开关水龙头控制发生器电源开关。因此,用于消毒生活用水,既方便,效果又可靠。
Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal efficacy of ozone water produced by a minitype ozone generator. The ozone water contained ozone 0.29 mg/L, and killed 100% of Escherichia coli, 99.98% of Staphylococcus aureus and 91.93% of Candida albicans after contact for 1 min at 18~20℃. Immersing the rag in this ozone water for 1 min could kill 98.06%~99.73% of the contaminating bacteria. The generator is con- nected with the tap and its power switch is controlled by turning on and off the tap. Therefore, it is both convenient and reliable to use it for disinfection of water for daily use.
