乳房外Paget病伴多脏器转移1例

Extramammary Paget ' s disease metastasized to multiple organs:a case report

报道1例乳房外Paget病伴右腹股沟淋巴结、肝、肺、胸腰椎、颅骨及骨髓转移的患者。原发皮损位于右侧阴囊,最后因呼吸循环衰竭而死亡。

This paper reports a case of extramam mary Paget' s disease.The male patient was found to have metastasized lesions to the lymph nodes of right groin,liver,lu ng,thoracic and lumbar vertebrae,c ranial bones and bone marrow.The primary lesion was lo-cated on the right side of scrotum.Fi nally the patient suffered from resp iratory and circulatory failure and died.
