摘要
本文提出了一种应用结合有限元和边界元的方法求解三维心电图逆问题。文中推导了描叙人类心电场的有限元模型和边界元模型 ,以及二者结合的形式 ,并在一个包含各向异性导电性肌肉层的三维人体模型下进行了心外膜电位的重构计算。其结果证明这种方法对求解多层和包含各向异性媒质场域内的电磁场逆问题非常有效。
A numerical method for a three dimensional human torso was presented. By this method, the torso including anisotropic muscle layers was discretized by means of the finite element method (FEM). The rest of torso were divided into the surface elements by the boundary element method (BEM). In terms of this method and this torso model, the inverse problem of the electrocardiogram (ECG) was Solved and the reconstructed epicardial potentials was shown through the computer maping technology.
