摘要
本文采用新近发展的九元件集中参数模型描述心室后负荷 ,配合心室的E R模型进行了左心室 体动脉的耦合机理的探讨 ,分析了心血管参数的改变对耦合的影响 ,获得了与生理相一致的结果。本文对确定心血管系统的工作状态以及研究心血管系统的生理。
Machanism of left ventricle/systemic arterial coupling was discussed by making use of a newly developed 9 elements lumped parameter model for the ventricular afterload and E(t) R model for the ventricle. The influences of cardiovascular parameters on the coupling were also analysed. The results were in good agreement with the physiological measurements. This study was valuable for the determination of the cardiovascular work state and had significance in the research of cardiovascular physiology and pharmaceutic effects.
