摘要
本文采用离体肾脏灌流的方法 ,研究了不同周龄自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)离体肾的最小肾血管阻力 (RVRmin) ,以了解RVR在高血压形成和发展过程中的变化规律 ,探讨RVR的变化是否与肾血管的形态学重建有关。结果如下 :4、16、2 6、40和 5 5周 ,SHR总体RVRmin分别为 11.97± 0 .81、5 .99± 0 .5 9、5 .77± 0 .5 6、5 .0 3± 0 .93和 4.5 6± 0 .81mmHg·ml-1·min ,随年龄增大而下降 ;单位肾重RVRmin分别为 3 .85± 0 .6 1、5 .0 1± 0 .79、5 .37±0 .6 8、5 .77± 0 .90和 6 .2 9± 0 .91mmHg·ml-1·min·g ,随年龄增大而增高。WKY两种RVRmin随年龄的增长均略呈下降趋势。除 4周外 ,各年龄组SHR的两种RVRmin都显著高于同龄的WKY。结果表明 ,已建立高血压的SHR ,RVRmin显著增高 ,且单位肾重RVRmin随年龄逐渐升高 。
In order to investigate the changes of renal vascular resistance (RVR) during establishment and development of hypertension and the relationship between RVR and morphological remodeling of renal vessels in hypertension, the minimal RVR (RVR min ) was studied in 4,16,26,40 and 55 weeks old spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) by isolated kidney perfusion. The results are as follows: the total and mean kidney weight RVR min in SHR decreased with age from 4 to 55 weeks, they were 11.97±0.81,5.99±0.59,5.77±0.56,5.03±0.93 and 4.56±0.81mmHg·ml -1 ·min for week 4,16,26,40 and 55 respectively, but mean kidney weight RVR min in SHR increased with age, they were 3.85±0.61,5.01±0.79,5.37±0.68,5.77±0.90 and 6.29±0.91mmHg·ml -1 ·min·g for week 4,16,26,40 and 55 respectively. Both the total and mean kidney weight RVR min in WKY decreased with ages. Both of them in SHR except 4 week old SHR were greater than that in age matched WKY. It is suggested that RVR min of mean kidney weight in hypertension established SHR rises and increases with age. So the elevation of RVR in hypertension is related to the remodeling of vascular morphology.
