摘要
以乳化法制备的琼脂糖凝胶颗粒为基质 ,用包被法制备了细胞培养微载体。考察了Vero细胞在自制微载体上的培养状况以及微载体的回收性能、消化性能等性质。培养 1周后 ,Vero细胞密度可达到 9.93×10 5cells/ml,与Cytodex 3的细胞培养性能相近 (微载体量为 1.2g/L)。
Agarose coated by gelatin as new kind of microcarriers for cell culture has been produced. Vero cells growth on the microcarrier and the recycling property of the microcarriers was studied. The cell density of Vero cells on the microcarrier is up to 9.93×10 5cells/ml 7 days later, which is similar to Cytodex 3. (The volume of microcarriers is 1.2g/L.)
