灰树花是近年来开发出来的一种珍稀食药两用真菌。灰树花多糖具有明显的抗肿瘤和免疫调节活性。动物体内实验灰树花发酵菌丝体多糖和发酵液多糖具有显著的抗肿瘤活性。其抑瘤率分别为 80 .5 %和5 8.4%~ 6 3 8%。灰树花多糖还能增加小鼠免疫器官脾脏的重量 ,增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞数量和吞噬功能 ,提高机体的免疫力。急性毒性实验 ,灰树花发酵液及发酵多糖对小鼠的最大安全量不低于 3g/kg ,发酵浓缩液对小鼠的最大安全剂量不低于
Grifola frondosa is a edible and medical fungus which has been cultured in recent years. Polysaccharide from G. frondosa possess antitumor and immunomodulating activity. The animal test showed the crude polysaccharide mycelium and ferment liquid of G. frondosa could inhibit the growth of Sarcama 180 in mice. The inhibition ratio of GMP (polysaccharide from the mycelium) was 80.5%, whereas GLP (polysaccharide from the ferment liquid) was 58.4%~63%. The crude polysaccharides could significantly promote the function of the mouse macrophages engulfing CRBC in vivo and increase the quantity of macrophages and thymus weight in mice. The acute toxicity of crude polysaccharide and ferment liquid to mouse were tested. The results indicated that the maximum safe dose of crude polysaccharides to mouse was above 3g/kg, whereas of ferment liquid to mouse was above 30ml/kg.
