目的 分析老年人骨质疏松症的临床特征 ,提高人们对老年人骨质疏松症的认识及重视程度 ,及时采取有效防治措施。方法 从近 5年病房收治的 2 816例 6 0岁以上老年病人疾病诊治中分析 ;从人们对骨质疏松症认识、掌握的程度分析 ;从中老年患者的文化程度及保健意识分析。结果 老年人骨质疏松症早期无特异症状及体征 ,当出现症状时也易与其他疾病相混淆 ,早期就诊率及早期诊断率、防治率低 ,骨质疏松症知识宣传教育不够普及。结论 对老年人骨质疏松症重视程度不够 ,早期就诊意识不高。

Objective To analyze the clinical characters of osteoporosis in the aged and make people pay more attention to aged peoples' osteoporosis. Methods We studied 2 816 aged inpatients in recent 5 years. Their diagnosis and how much knowledge they grasped in osteoporosis, and the culture level and health care thoughts were analyzed in the elderly inpatients. Results There was no characteristic symptom and sign in osteoporosis in the elder. Even if the patients felt some symptoms, the symptoms could be easily confused by the symptoms of the other diseases. So both the early examination rate and the early diagnosis and treatment rate were very low. It was believed that the knowledge of osteoporosis wasn't popular in our society. Conclusion The results suggest that the recognition of osteoporosis in the elderly isn't so enough that the early examination rate is very low. Most patients with osteoporosis don't know they should go to see the doctor early. It can be concluded that we must pay more attention to osteoporosis in the elder and popularize the relative knowledge in the whole society.
